Can you all believe that it is November already?? Soon it will be CHRISTMAS Time....Yes, I still say CHRISTMAS and if that bothers you...Well, I really don't care, get over it!! I must admit, I think the older I get the faster time flies by...I was always told that the older I got...Boy they were not kidding!! And the sad(I'm really not sad about it) thing is that I will be 40 in March!! WOW, I'm getting old!! LOL...
Anyways, it is time to vote and I want to encourage every one to get out there and vote. The one thing that ticks me off is people who do not vote!! This is a right you have been given...get out there and make a difference...And when you vote please make sure that you make the RIGHT decision for yourself and our country!!
Let's look at the over-all picture...People are still blaming Bush for everything wrong in this country but the fact of the matter is that the Democrats have been in charge of Congress since 2006...And what have they done for us...Well let's look:
1) The National Deficit has sky-rocketed thanks to the Liberals..Your great great great grandchildren will be paying for the spending habits of BHO/Pelosi/Reid...Thanks Liberals!!
2) Obamacare has been passed..It was passed and never read by anyone!! They(Liberals) don't even know what is in the bill..Their comment was pass it now and we will read it later and make changes later!! What a joke!!
3) Unemployment speaks for itself..We have the highest unemployment rate in the history of our country and the Liberals could care less..Their only concern is that we do not call a terrorist a terrorist!!
4) Brace for the HUGE tax increase we all will face...FYI, Obamacare is nothing more than a huge tax increase...Funny that Congress exempt themselves from it and now BHO is giving opt-outs to those companies who support the BHO Agenda!!
5) The housing market has crashed under the Liberal leadership...I do believe it was the liberal congress under Bush that pushed for Fannie Mae and Fannie Mac to give out loans to those who could not afford them...Remember the Liberals believe that everyone should achieve the American dream without working for it..It should be handed to them...
6) The leadership of BHO is a joke...No President should ever go around the world and tell other countries that he is sorry that the American people have done this or that....Our country is or was the greatest country in the world...Many men and women died for this country and for that we should never be ashamed...BHO has also criticized the techniques used by our military men and women to keep our country safe..I look at it this way, if it keeps this country safe for my kids and future grand kids...I am all for it...I am sorry but you do whatever you can to keep this country safe...BHO had no leadership skills and he has made a mockery of our country....He is a joke of a leader!!
7) The BP oil spill...Again his leadership in this disaster was a flat joke!! He will go down as the worst President in history!!
8) Regardless of what he says...He is a Muslim...His actions say he is one, his words have said he is one and his background shows he was born as one...So if he walks like a duck and quacks like a duck....He is a duck!! He has done nothing but put Christianity down and any function that had a Christian backing he has opposed...
9) Race is always an issue with BHO...He uses the race card to cause trouble and to gain votes...Once a racist always a racist huh?!?! Remember he was ashamed of his mothers "white background" and disassociated himself form the "white people" growing up...
10) He is a liar...He has not keep one campaign promise that he has made...Other than passing the highest tax rate us Americans will see....Remember Obamacare is nothing more than a tax hike...And if you don't get or have insurance...You can go to jail!!
So, is this really what you want for the next 4 years?? I would surely hope not!! Get out and vote and show BHO and his Liberal Kool-aid drinking friends that we will no longer put up with their lies and deceit!! It is time to bring the USA back to the head of the class!!
God Bless you all and remember to get out their and vote!!

10/28/2010....It has been a while...
It has been a while since I have posted...Life has been busy and God has been good...I would like to remind everyone that November 2nd is coming soon and we all need to get out there and vote...As you go to vote I encourage you all to remember who has been in control of Congress the last 4 years and what party has been in control of the White House the last 2 years...I ask you to think about what they have done the last 4 years...Do you really want this country to continue on the path that it is headed?? I hope not...So remember on November 2nd your vote can make a difference!!!!
I have noticed that there seems to be alot of bullying going on around the state and it seems to me that the schools are getting the blame for most of it...Why is this?? Why do we not hold the child and his/her parents accountable for their(and their kids)actions?? I agree that the schools have a right to protect our children and that they should notify all parties involved in a bully case...But when do we make the kids and parents accountable?? The fact is most bullys are nothing but cowards...They think they are really big people when they can bully on a smaller child or make someone feel less than they do of themselves...Most bullys just need to be faced down and taken care off...Here is the thing most school kids know who the bully is...I don't advocate fighting by any means...walk away when you can is my motto...But sometimes if 3-4 kids would just gang up on the bully and give him some school yard justice...That bully would change his/her attitude pretty quickly....
Well, I must say that I am very proud of my wife...She has been making nothing but straight A's in college since going back to school!! I will be glad when she graduates and our lives return to some kind of normal status again...But until then I hope she can keep it up!! All A's what an accomplishment!!!
My son is also doing very well in school...So far all A's and B's....He seemed to enjoy football this year and has now transitioned to basketball...So there has been no rest...What can I say..I played sports in school and I was pretty involved with everything...So I am proud of him, keep it up son and I promise you that dad will always be there to support you...In whatever you decide to do...
My daughter is something else...She is doing great in school as well...I swear she is growing up so fast on me...She is 8 going on 18!! She has joined Girl Scouts again and I am really surprised that she likes it so well...She told me the other day that she wanted to play softball so it looks like my wife and I will probably be spending our summers at the park again...But this time just as parents...Not as Rec Board members or anything else..LOL..
So how am I doing?!?!? Well, I have been doing ok...I am kind of sad that football season is over with...I am really looking forward to next year because I will get to start the football season with the boys and I will feel like a part of the coaching staff...This year I came on board as a coach with only 3 games left and it was tough getting myself into the system and earning the trust of the boys...My business is still chugging along, it has been slow but we are making it...I am sure that Obama will give me a bail-out if I need it don't you?!?!? Whatever...I will be so glad to see that man out of office, he is a disgrace to this country...But with that said I do pray that God will open lead BHO and maybe open his eyes to lead this country in a better direction...My baby sister just got married so I am happy for her and I hope all works out for them and they have a long and happy life...Marriage is really tough and it takes alot of work to make it work....
Well that's about it for today...I hope that God Blesses you all...Remember there is no perfect Christian and we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.....But just keep working toward that goal of being more Christ like...If you stumble or fall that is ok just keep crawling to the Lord and He will take care of you!!

10/5/2010....What the heck is going on with the world today?!?!?
You know I can remember growing up in Beech Grove, Indiana as a kid...I would walk to the park, down the street to the store and Dairy Queen...I would walk to school and home and for the most part never had any fear of being beat up or shot at or killed....Granted we had a few bullies who liked to show themselves every now and then but you know back then it was a good ole fist fit and the kids were on their way...And usually the one that got beat up had his pride hurt for awhile but in a few days everyone was friends again...
In today's society it seems like every time I turn around I am hearing news that kids are shot, someone is on a shooting spree, kids are fighting in school with knives and guns, adults and kids are raping adults and kids...Teachers are having sex with students and student are just having sex....Does it ever stop or end?!?!?
Let me start out by saying this...I think that there has always been bad and evil in this world but in today's world we are just more aware of the issues because of the news media, computers, television, cell phones and whatever else people use to get their news from...The problems have always been here and they will always continue to be here...Here is the thing thou, I believe we have always had these problems but today there seems to be alot more of it going on....
My question is this...Why?? Why do we as society allow this to happen? Why do we as parents allow this to happen? Why do we as a country allow this to happen? Why??
I will tell you why this happens..Now this is just my view point and if you don't like it and you do not agree...So be it, I don't care......
This is happening because we as a society, as parents and as a country have lost focus on God, morals and respect for others...We as a society have gotten to politically correct in our thinking and we do not want to offend someone...Or better yet we do not want to spank our children because that hurts their ego/pride and crushes them and later in life they will have problems because they have been spanked....
Lets start with our focus on God...God is the creator, the author of the world and we today have shun Him...We have taken God out of our schools, our homes and our everyday lives!! Why?? Why have we done this?? I will tell you why...It is because our government and the Christians of this country did not stand up and take a stand against those who said they were being discriminated against because they had to pray with us in school...or because they had to have a Bible verse read to them or because someone said God Bless you....It is time for Christians and our government to take a stand and say that we are not going to allow this stuff to happen anymore....This is America, this country was founded upon Christian values and Morals...It is time to bring God back into the homes and into our schools...And back into our lives!!
Parents.......It is time for us to stand up...We need to stand up for God number one and secondly, we need to stand up for our children....Parents it is time that we step up to the plate and take responsibility for our children!! You know what, it is not the job of the school, the church or the government to raise our kids...That is our job!! When a child does something wrong it is the job of mom and dad to discipline that child and to teach them right from wrong...It is not the job of the church, the school or the government to teach out children right from wrong...They need to learn it from you, you the parents...So step up mom and dad!! It is our jobs are parents to discipline our kids...I am not saying that we should beat our kids that is obviously wrong....But I am saying that it is okay to smack your kid's bottom with a belt...Since when has it become a crime to teach your child right from wrong?? Since when is it wrong to use a belt on the bottom if it is needed?? Since when do we allow schools to tell our children what is morally right and wrong when it comes to sex?? Mom and dad THAT IS YOUR JOB!!!! If you don't want to raise your kids...DO NOT HAVE KIDS!!!! PERIOD!!!
Society today has really gone astray in my opinion...We have let down the children, the elderly and God...It is time that we as a society step up and take responsibility...We need to quit the blame game and take responsibility for where we are at..If we do not change our course and path we are all in big trouble...We need to learn to respect our elders and discipline our children and respect God...If we do this we can and will change the path of the world...But this seems to be very difficult to do in today's society.
In the end, we all need to take personal responsibility for our own actions..I will say that life is tough but we do have an owner's manual...and that manual is the Bible...God knows we are not perfect that is why He sent His son to earth...to live as a man...and to die upon that cross for our sins....But we must strive to live according to His word the best we can...We must strive to make our children better people and to teach them to respect those around them...We must teach our children to love...Just as God loved us!! We must be willing to put it all on the line just as God put His ONLY Son on the cross for us....
So I will end my rant with this....Go forth and show your love for the world and let God's love shine thru you..You may be the only person to show God's love to people and make a difference in their lives..So carry on and let God shine thru you!!

10/1/2010....Football Memories
Ok, I am just gonna have to take this page and talk about some old football memories and go back into time..
Let me start by saying that I attended Sheridan High School and played football for Larry "Bud" Wright(the greatest coach in high school football history)...And this past month the Class of 1990(year I graduated) celebrated it's 20 year reunion...So the memories this year have just come flooding back to me and every time I go to a Sheridan Football game I can see myself back on that field...And I have started coaching football again at Clinton Central...So again the memories have flooded back....
Ok so here it goes...I moved into the Sheridan School District when I was a 7th grader and I had no idea that Sheridan was a football school(see I am originally from the Beech Grove Area and had never heard of Sheridan)...I made some friends that summer before school started and had told some of them that I was going to try out for football that year...And they just laughed at me and said I would never make it because I was a move in and didn't have the NAME to play for Sheridan....Well I just laughed it off and said I would do the best I could do and we will see what happens!!
Now it comes time for football practice to start..The thing was it was high school practice and not junior high(remember I am a 7th grader)...So I show up to the high school football practice(on my moped, ohhh by the way I was 6 ft tall and 220 pounds or so as a 7th grader so I looked older) and I walk out onto the field and asked who the coach was...They pointed me in the direction of this little man on the field...I kind of thought to myself this little man is the coach?? OOOoookkkkk....So I walked over to the coach and I introduced myself to him and told him I wanted to play football...He then asked me if I was a freshman and I said no and his eyes just about popped out of his eye sockets...He said son your practice actually starts tonight and I will be there to talk to you....I think I made his day telling him I was a 7th grader...
So that night I showed up for practice and so started my quest to be a Sheridan Football Player...It did not take me long to figure out that Sheridan had a rich history in football and I was apart of something special!! Anyways, that first night of practice was very eye opening to me...I don't think I had ever been worked so hard or yelled at so much...I thought for sure I had gotten in way over my head and that I had joined the military!! We did push ups...Up-Downs....Sit-ups....And ran our butts off....I also learned that day respect..We were never allowed to talk during practice, cross our arms or ever back talk a coach or anyone older than us...You see football is more than just a sport..It should teach a child discipline and respect!!
Anyways, my 7th and 8th grade year of football was alot of fun and very educational for me..It taught me that hard work and dedication pay off...That we should always respect our elders and those in a position of authority and finally it taught me how to control my temper and how to channel it to use it to my advantage...My junior high years were alot of fun and a time for growing up...Thank you Coach Good, Coach Brimberry, Coach May and all of my other junior high coaches for your tough love during some of the most important times of a young man's life!!
My freshman year was an interesting year for me...It was actually a great growing year for me...My freshman year I was a pretty big boy...I was about 6'3 and if I remember right somewhere around 250 pounds..So I was just as big if not bigger than some of the seniors...I soon found out that this year was going to be a growing year for me...Not in size and weight but in maturity...This year I played on both the freshman team and also played once in a while on the varsity team...On the freshman team I was a fullback but during the week I practiced with the varsity as a lineman..It was a good thing I knew both positions!! LOL..It was really tough being a freshman and wanting to make a name for myself and wanting to make the varsity squad as something more than just a practice dummy...I soon learned that what I was doing was just as important as those who were playing and that what I was doing was going to make me a better football player and make those around me a better football player....
It is now my sophomore year and I am now a starter on the Varsity Football Squad...I played and started on both the offensive and defensive line(I played tackle). I must admit, I loved playing on the line..I loved the fact that I was in the trenches and it was a battle every down..It was up to me weather or not that running back was going to make yards or if the quarterback was going to make that perfect throw..Yes, it is the linemen who are the unsung heroes of the game..I was a very intense player and always loved the challenge of trying to out think the other players...This was a great year for me...We lost two games that year(Hamilton Southeastern and Zionsville) but still went on to win the state championship in Class A Football...Ohhh by the way HSE and Zionsville both went on to win in their classes that year also.
Now is my junior year and what a year it was...This is the year Sheridan made National Headlines and we were breaking National Records as a team and we went undefeated for the year...My junior year was amazing and the team that year played really well together and was probably the most fun I had during my years of football....It is probably the one year I would live all over again if I could!!
It is now my senior year, my final year of high school and to find out later my final year of football...My senior year was a bitter-sweet year...We should have been the first 3peat team from Sheridan to win the state 3 years in a row but we had some turmoil on the team and i think by the end of the season everyone was tired and ready to give it up...My senior year we lost 2 games...We lost to Western Boone our very first game of the year and we also lost to Lafayette Catholic Central in the play-offs....I will never forget that feeling of knowing that my high school football career had come to an end...But in the end, this year still had it's lessons and I learned that nothing in life is promised and that we should always have other plans ahead of us..That we need to always look for other avenues just in case!!
Well my football career end after high school..There was to be no college football..You see I had cracked my spine in high school and had a tumor grow into the crack..I graduated in June of 90 and in December of 90 I was under the knife...I now have 4 rods in my back but at least I can walk...God had different plans for me and I must say those plans have been fun and interesting along the way...And even sometimes I wounder why I have done some of the things I have done...But it is not my plan, it is God's so I will just go with the flow!! But my love of football has never went away and through the years I have been involved with football in many different ways but I must say that my favorite is coaching....Today(just very recently) I am an assistant coach on the Junior High team at Clinton Central and I look forward to sharing my passion for football with them..I hope that I teach them as much as my Coaches had taught me during my years!!
Football is a great sport and it makes the boys work together as a team and to learn respect and discipline which is something they can carry with them the rest of their lives!!
So my football career was a good one...As a player I won 2 state championships, player of the week, offensive an defensive linemen of the year...All Conference...All State...All State Small Schools and many other achievements...I tell you this not to boost but to show you that I do not care what people tell you, if you really want to make a team and you work hard at it....You will make it and you will do great at it!! Never let anyone tell you that you CAN"T!!!

9/30/2010...Prayer in schools and the work place and before sporting events.
http://www.foxnews.com/us/2010/09/29/florida-parent-protests-prayer-ritual-football-games/
Ok, I just have to put my two cents in on prayer in public places...I am really tired of hearing people say that Christians are trying to push our religion down their throats...The fact of the matter is that those of other religions want to shove their false beliefs down the Christians throats..I have always prayed before any sporting event I was involved in...In our school we always said the Lord's Prayer before our game and then during warm-ups before the game I would go to the corner of the end zone, basketball court or wherever and say my own prayer to the Lord....And you want to know something..I was not raised in a Christian house, never attended church and would not have called myself a Christian back then but saying a prayer to our Lord and Savior NEVER offended me!! What is wrong with praying to God and asking for His protection upon the players?? I just don't get it!!
I am also the Town Council President for the Town I live in and before every meeting I open with a prayer..I always ask God to guide the Council in their decisions and that this Town is His and to let His will be done for this Town..And you want to know something...His will is being done in this Town, we have a Christian man who is buying the old buildings in town and he is fixing them up and bringing businesses to this town...The Town has been really close on grants and was told we may not get them but the Lord rewarded out Town because of our prayers...Prayers are a powerful thing!!
I also run my own business and I have had Bible Studies and have prayed for people and the business with other people and some of my employees...Id this a bad thing?? Nope...sometimes the only God people will see is through us...
As you can tell I am really sick and tired of hearing how we Christians shove our religion down others throat...The fact of the matter is I am really sick of people pushing their religion down everyone elses throats and they think that they can shove their religion down our throats and then cry that the big bad Christians are not playing fair...It is time for the Christians to stand up and take a stand for what they believe in..
In my opinion it is time to bring prayer back into the schools, work-place and our homes...When we do this we will slowly see a revival in this country and then and only then will this country become the great power that it has been in the past!!

ps: Again, I do not care if you agree with me or not...But please feel free to leave a comment.

9/30/2010......Respect and Discipline
Ok today's blog is going to be a little different than my normal blog...I was raised to be respectful to those older than me, in a position of authority over me, to my coaches and school teachers and most definitely to my parents and grandparents...Alot of that discipline or training was drilled into me by my football Coach Larry "Bud" Wright....Coach Wright was a man of short stature and a big heart...Now don't get me wrong when Coach said it was time to get down to business we listened and if we were disrespectful we paid the price...Here is the thing I see today...Parents today need to step up to the plate and start taking responsibility for their children and for their child's behavior...You see I believe that sports can teach young men/women the discipline and respect that is needed to succeed in life...The problem is that parents today want their kids to be babied...Let me say at this point, I DO NOT CONDONE THE ABUSE OF CHILDREN PERIOD!!! But I do support discipline...
Let me say this....Respect and Discipline should start in the home with mom and dad!! I have seen many children look at their parents and just tell them off or back talk them...This really irks me!! If I had said some of the things to my parents that I have heard other kids say to their parents...I would have been knocked into next week and not able to sit on my rear end for a week...When my mom and dad said NO or made a decision...That was final and there was no back talking....Parents, it is not my place to tell you how to raise your kids but I am saying that alot of the kids today are disrespectful and rude to anyone older than them or has some type of authority of them...Why?? It is because of a lack of discipline at home!! I would also like to state here that I feel alot of issues could be solved by spanking the kids on the rear end and by having the kids and family sitting together in church on Sunday...The day of family unity is slowly dying!!
Discipline and Respect in sports...Let me say that this goes for every sport baseball, basketball, volleyball, golf, football, etc.....Let me start with respect...Coach Wright always demanded respect from his players..There was never any talking when Coach was talking or any of his other assistant coaches...We were not allowed to cross our hands during practice because to him that meant you were not paying attention...When he asked a question or spoke to you it was always yes coach and no coach...The players knew that he was to be respected..He not only expected us to respect him and his coaching staff but we were to respect the teachers, our parents and our other coaches and if we ever stepped out of line Coach Wright would be there to have a talk with you....You see respect is important in sports as well as everyday life!!
Discipline in sports( all sports) is vital!! Without the discipline, you cannot teach the fundamentals needed to stay safe in the game and you cannot gain the respect that is needed....Now when I talk discipline here I am not talking about beating the kids..If a player acts up there are things like up-downs, running, sit-ups, push-ups, etc that one can use to get the child's attention...It is also, in my opinion, ok to yell at a child to get their attention...I am not talking about degrading the child or making that child feel worthless...But sometimes you have to light a fire under them to get them fired-up and sometimes that is the only way to get their attention..Now after you discipline the child, I believe you should also praise the child...They need to know what they are doing right as well as what they are doing wrong...When you discipline a child..ALWAYS discipline a child out of love...You know what I mean??
It takes everyone working together to raise a child...Parents need to step-up to the plate and support those coaches who are working with their kids, parents need to step-up and support the teachers and schools, parents need to step-up and be objective when an elderly(or neighbor) comes to talk to you about your child and parents need to step-up and support police officers and others in a position of authority when they come to talk to you about something your child may or may not have done...It is time parents to step-up!! Coaches, teachers, Police Officers, etc it is time for us to step-up and make sure that we work with the parents and that we set a good example for the child...Cussing and degrading a child is not the example we should be....Beating a child is not the example we want to be as adults...We all need to step up and help the children reach their potential in life...
Lastly, I want to say that I think alot of today's problems are due to a lack of God in our lives...You look at many of the problems that we face today...I think things have just gotten worse and worse since God has been removed from our schools, our government and lastly our homes...You see if we put God first in all that we do and we love people the way God loved us(after all He sent His ONLY Son to die for you and me) alot of these problems would go away...So, I challenge all to bring God back into your life and into your family...And you will see changes that will amaze you, you will see attitudes change, you will see hearts change and you will see young men and women who are disciplined and respectful....
I want to give a shout out today to God...I just thank Him for the beautiful weather and the many blessings and friends He has put into my life...I am not the perfect Christian and I strive to be a better person everyday...But I will tell you the devil is a workers and he works on me daily!!
I also want to give a shout out to my friend(and Brother in Christ) Danny Douglass...I just want to say over this last year we have become really great friends and I have the up most respect for Danny...Danny gave his life to Christ and he is a completely different man!! You can see it in his eyes and in his actions..I for one appreciate his words and prayers!! Love ya Brother and thank you for being a great friend and Brother in Christ!!

WOW who turned the heat off and the AC on?? Well I have not posted since well the last time I posted!! LOL...Anyways, the family is doing pretty good, my wife is studying for mid-terms and working her tail off in school...I must say that I admire her work ethics with the school work!! Not sure I could do that at my age and with all the other things I have going on in my life...My son always seems to amaze me..He is playing football this year and I am so proud of him! He is not a starter but you know what, he is always happy to play and he enjoys his role on the team!! How awesome is that?? I have to admit, I can see where a parent might get upset because their child does not play or play enough but the fact of the matter is that once you hit the junior high level...kids may not play!! This may not seem fair but it is what it is...My daughter is doing great in school and I think that she really likes being out on the football practice field with dad when I am coaching. Out of my two kids she is the mean one!! LOL Maybe someday she will want to don some football pads and show people how to hit?!? LOL Really though she is doing great in school and she loves cheerleading and jump rope...It is kinda funny, I have my little princess who can also be a tom-boy when she needs to be!!
Well I got to stand on the sidelines last night for the first time as a football coach!! I was asked if I would be interested in being an assistant football coach for the junior high and I was like heck yes!! I have not coached in years and it has taken me a little bit to get used the the system and the other coaches and kind of the roles that are expected out of everyone..I love the game of football and I love working with kids, there is no greater feeling than being called coach and seeing that you can make a difference in a kids life...Anyways the 7th and 8th grade teams played last night and the 7th grade played pretty well..They won their game and their effort was there all night and they never gave up when they were backed up against a wall...I am pretty proud of the effort they put forth...The 8th grade has some heart issues..Football is a game of heart!! When the game looks like it is going out of control that is when a team needs to dig deep down inside itself and start to play with heart and purpose. The 8th grade last night found themselves backed against a wall and did not respond well...But I have faith in the kids and know that they can and will work through this..They are young and I hope soon it will "click" with them that it takes heart to play the game.
I saw yesterday that Jimmy Carter was taken to the hospital...I will say that I was and still NOT a fan of Jimmy Carter but I hope he is ok!! Jimmy Carter is the 2nd worse president this country has ever had (BHO is the worst) but I wish no harm on him..What really aggravates me are these people who do wish harm upon a public servant..I know I complain about BHO and his policies but I also feel for him believe it or not...I am the Town Council President here in Kirklin and believe me I have been called everything and anything!! It is tough being in that position when you are trying to do what you think is right for your town or your country..The difference between BHO and I though is that I have a Town Council and the Council as a whole votes on every situation..It is not me personally making all the decisions..
Fantasy football....I won again!! I am 3-0 and play a friend this week who is 3-0 so one of us will be a loser this weekend!! Enough said!! LOL
I am grateful that God has allowed me the opportunity to coach again..I love being able to work with kids...I coached before and many of the kids I coached still call me to this day and they still call me coach!! I am also thankful for the friends and families that God has put into my life...Lisa and I have many friends that have children and we love their kids like they are our own kids but over the last year we have become really close to the Rileys...Chris and Missy are really great friends and we have become close friends and really enjoy spending time with them...We love their kids like they are our own and we enjoy spending time with them..Their daughter is a sweetheart and I really appreciate the fact that a 16 year old teenager would take the time out of her busy schedule to show her love for my daughter...Myriah is such a special girl and her faith in God shows daily and her love for my daughter is precious!! Their son is a hoot!! This kid can make me laugh like no other!! For a 6th grader he is full of spunk and I don't think he ever runs out of gas!! But he is a great kid and I have really seen him grow and mature over the last year!! Keep it up Travis, you are a great kid and you can do whatever you set your mind too!! GOD is GOOD!!
